A Letter From Our Founder

Hello All,

Welcome to Oneself! I created Oneself out of necessity, not only for myself but for my community. As a Black, queer, non-binary person, I aim to support my community and the next generation with Oneself. Growing up, I learned about sex education from my mother, who knew my body was mine alone and knowledge is sacred. I was freely given access to resources and information about sex and my body from a young age. As a child, taking that knowledge into society revealed that those surrounding me, from strangers to peers, looked at sex and sex education from a place of "purity" and fear rather than embodiment and empathy.

As an adult on my sexual wellness journey, I had to unlearn toxic mindsets about my body, sexuality, gender, boundaries and heal from sexual trauma. I am a lifelong student and advocate for sex education and self-embodiment. Oneself is a free tool and resource to help others like my younger self who struggled with finding accurate and safe information. To deconstruct and discover what sex, gender, and sexuality mean to YOU. I hope you stick around to watch us grow and take time to show yourself pleasure. Please take what resonates with you and leave what doesn't.

All the best,
Logan Dulski, they/them
